| Hi,
I've mailed the MTBF account twice now, but still NO reply. How long should
the electronic reply take? It's been about 7 to 10 days since my initial
request!
Without this info I'm precluded from bidding for $800K of Hub business.
It may be simpler to keep MTBF figures in this conference, as it would be
simpler to get to them.
I find that must other manufacturers MTBF figures are openly available in
the UK and MTBF figures are a mandatory in most bids.

| I'm still stuck trying to get MTBF/MTTR figures for several components.
My mails to CSSE::MTBF were answered, (thanks to Nancy Whittemore for the
help), but I'm still no further forward can anyone help? The details are below.
