    Hallo.
    
    I proved to copy the HUBwatch kit for Windows, how explained in
    EMDS::MANAGEMENT:WINDOWS_SETUP.TXT.
    
    But i have a problem:
    I was able to copy via Easynet all the files of the 2 subdirectory.
    When i prove to install the kit under my PC Window (rel 3.0 and 3.1) it
    was unable to decompress the following files:
    
    -  DATABASE.LIB
    -  IMAGE.LIB
    -  EXPERTDB.LIB
    
    Obviously, now I cannot start the applications into my PC.
    
    I repeated twice all the procedure, but with the same results.
    
    Wath is the problem?
    Is the VMS COPY command? I proved also using FTSV tool.
    Are the files corrupted in EMDS::?
    
    I need urgently an answer.

    Did you use the install command as stated in the instructions.  I have
    seen this problem before with an older installation procedure.  In that
    case it was caused with incorrect decompresssion of the data files.
