Subj: DEChub 900 power configuration table
This table should help folks configure the DEChub 900 for power
supplies. Distribute as needed. this information will appear in an
update to the DEChub 900 Owners manual in the next update.
hope it helps, rich

NOTE: Since the power supplies can current share on their outputs
a configuration must be checked for maximum 5 and 15 Volt
current usage AND also the maximum power (W).
Example:
900 MS System with 2 half height, no AUI modules, 2 repeaters (32
port), 1 DEFMM FO module and a multipleport bridge

------------------------------------------------------------
30.0 2.5 185
need 2 power supplies
need 3 total if N+1 system is desired.
Notes (Good guesses for configs):
One supply is enough for any system with half-height modules
if the number of AUIs used is 4 or less.
Two supplies are generally needed when more than 1 or 2 full-height
modules are used.
Three supplies will work for any configuration of existing modules,
the forth is used for N+1 redundancy.
