I passed the exam a month ago, and the most relevant stuff I read was:
Concept and Planning Guide
Migration Guide (lot of MS Mail migration)
Admin Guide
Got a lot of client questions as well, but I didn't find so many books
regarding this. So client on line help is worth browsing through.
