4087.0. "Cat found on Spit Brook Road" by CLT::BBOOP::SCAER () Thu Oct 18 1990 15:32

	I found a cat killed by a car on the side of Spit Brook Road in
	Nashua, just West of Digital.  It looked like it came from one
	of the brick apartment buildings directly across the street.  The
	animal control officer for Nashua took the body away and so there is
	no evidence left of what happened to the cat.  If anyone reading
	this knows the owner of this cat please let them know what
	happened.  The cat was a large black and gray striped tabby with
	medium length hair.  I found it at 6:30 yesterday evening.

    When Nashua Animal Control picks up a DOA, it is transported to the
    Humane Society on Ferry Rd. When they receive it, they check their
    records for any calls they may have received about a missing animal. If
    the description matches the DOA, the owner is called.
