3915.0. "Where to board a cat?" by SANDY::FRASER (Too bad ignorance isn't painful.) Fri Aug 17 1990 14:12

Hi - I looked for a keyword on boarding, but couldn't find one. Do any
of you have a recommendation for a good place to board a cat in the
Nashua/Merrimack area? This is for a person who has an only cat, and
who feels that the cat would be lonely even with a cat-sitter.

If you could please send me mail, I can delete this note later on.

    Thanks,

    Sandy

P.S. - the place has to be dog-free, as the cat is apparently terrified
    of barking dogs.

If you're willing to drive a little, I highly recommend "Catnaps"
in Berlin (close to the Northboro facilities). She boards mostly
cats (no dogs - occasionally gunie pigs or something of that sort).

I don't have the number off hand, but I'm sure you could call directory
    assistance for it.

The number is 838-2627 for Catnaps. i have a brochure from
them that says they have large living areas, climate control,
individual recreation, custom diet, choice of music, and
medical and geriatric care. They are now expanding, and welcome
    	scheduled tours.
