3280.0. "Max and I - now I need to find another cat" by WJOUSM::GILMORE () Wed Jan 24 1990 19:41

To all the wonderful people in this file:

Seems to me that Cat/people/parents are the nicest people.
Last week was so rough for me - losing MAX, after 11 years of
frienship/companionship - that I forgot how to Write an entry in
this file, and replied to one, instead.

You know how some people in notes files have all this
etiquette surrounding 'their' notes and such, well I half
expected to get tarred and feathered for such rudeness, but
    was embraced instead.

Max was such a special kitty, I kind of kidded him about
being such a scardy cat at times, he weighed 22 lbs, and I once
saw him stare down this dog that lived down the street.

    well sail on Max....return soon

So...I am looking for another cat. I want to adopt another
long-haired cat, preferably a neutered male, WITH claws, as I have
a field in back of my house...I love all animals really, but especially
Maine Coon cats, and other long-haired varieties.

I can't afford to spend the 350 - on up, for an exotic breed, but
if anybody hears of one for adoption at a nominal cost, please call
me. I loved Max, and know that I can love other pets, too.

       Lets see... H. 508.486.0659

Have you checked note #415? There were recently several long hairs
in there, including a coon at .622.........

good luck, once you have a coon, no doubt
about it, you can't survive without one!

I entered one in 415, about a black, neutered male with long hair.
