2813.0. "Cat found in Groton area" by STAR::BARTH () Wed Aug 30 1989 15:21

A friend of mine found a cat in her yard a few days ago. He is a short
haired brown and black tabby, with white paws, bib and nose. He's an
unneutered male. He needs to be neutered ASAP. The vet says he's about
10 months old, but didn't want to neuter him until he was sure they couldn't
find the owners. He's EXTREMELY friendly. She says he jumped into her arms,
curled up like a baby and started purring like crazy.

They've been searching far and wide for the owners with no success, and
suspect that he may have been abandoned.

As much as the humans love this cat, their two cats disagree...

If you lost a cat like this, or would like to give him a good home, please
call Chris or Linda Hall at (508) 448-3602. Or you can send mail to me and
I'll forward the information.

The cat is located in Groton, MA, and sounds really special!

Karen, Tristan, Tenzing and Max.

This little guy has been reunited with his owner! The owners had gone
away for a week and when they got back he was gone. They saw one of
my friend's signs and came to claim him this weekend. They also have
him scheduled to be neutered this week.

    All's well that ends well...

That's good. Just hope next time they go away they make sure their cat
is cared for by someone so he won't feel abandoned.
