Cat needs home. Owner now in nursing home. 2 year old neutered male,
indoor cat, black, fluffy shorthair. Very affectionate. Goes out
on leash (!).

That's my ad for Tymothee that I put up outside the MR03 caf :-)
BTW - I didn't want to say too much because I didn't want to jinx
things, but two very nice folks came over last night to meet Tymothee
and decided to adopt him! The husband is a Lt in the navy and is
posted on the USS Constitution. Nice duty! They won't be able
to take Tym until they move into government housing on 7/1 so Tym
will be going to NH with us next week along with Dundee. We're
going to leave Mao, Isis & Bumpy home and have one of the neighbors'
kids take care of them. I think it'll be a vacation for them too.
These folks have a 1 yr old spayed female who is currently staying
with parents in Pennsylvania along with a mellow old neutered x-stray
that belong to the parents. I think this sounds like an excellent
situation for Tym. Only one cat to deal with and a young and hopefully
playful one.
Thanks for all the support and cross your fingers again around
7/1. Hopefully this will be Tym's permanent home.

Oh - and both cats will be moving into a new home around the
same time so hopefully that will help limit the territory battles
a bit since neither of them will have set up their territories yet.
