    Eileen,

Whatever your reasons are for selling your babies (and I agree that
it's none of our business) I can feel the hurt in your note and
hope I never find myself faced with the reality of having to give
    up my cats.

I wish I could help (there are times I feel like opening my very
own animal shelter!), but will ask my friends and family members
and if there's interest, I will be in touch.

Keep us posted on your progress,

    /Roberta

Thanks Roberta for your kind words. I did not mean to sound rude,
or that it was none of anyone's business, but you are right, it
does hurt and the less I have to explain the less I have to think
    about it.

    Thanks again

    Eileen - one other thing:

Have Tisha and Stanley received the series of feline leukemia vaccines?
Reason I ask is because when my sister was looking for a companion
cat for her female, it had to be innoculated since she had just
lost a cat to leukemia and wanted to make sure that the new cat
coming in wouldn't be at risk if her female happened to be carrying
the virus in a latent form.

This might help you place them faster so any further info you can
    provide would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    /Roberta

Roberta, both cats have been feline leukemia tested, both tested
negative. Cats are indoor cats, according to my vet indoor cats
do not need to be vaccinated against feline leukemia.

Good luck Eileen. I'm sure with such beautiful and loving cats
you will find a good home for them. If you do have any trouble
let me know, I have friend who adore Siamese cats. They do have
    two dogs tho.....
BTW, My indoor cats are vacinnated against feline leukemia. I'm
one of those overly cautions types who figures there's always the
chance that one of them will get out.

Nice young man came up last night to see my cats, he, Tisha and
Stanley got along beatuifully and they all left together. I am
delilghted Tish and Stan won't be broken up, that was my major concern.

    Thank you all

Glad it worked out for you Eileen, and Tish and Stan can stay together.
I know it's going to be hard for you so if you need to talk or anything
    please call me.
