This is not an offer ... merely a comment .... inflation has hit
that side of the Atlantic also. When we were station in England
and lived in Ruislip Gardens (12 miles from Marble Arch) we paid
40 pounds per week and had a semi-detatched house, garage, and
electricity, large front flower garden and space for a good sized
vegetable garden in back!
Of course the same is true over here now also. Good luck on find
the roommate. I'd love another chance at living in the UK but cannot
be for awhile.
