    There is a very sweet black and white kitty (tux) female
    (I think) who has during the past two weeks started appearing 
    at my door. When a cat is hungry I do put a bowl of food out.
    
    Problem-while the cat has a flea collar I finally was able 
    to get it is lost. There is no ID on the collar.
    
    The cat is scronging-and I am a sucker-;however,due to the
    flea collar I hope she/he is just a lost soul for a short while.
    
    PARTICULARS
    
    Young female(?) black and white tux,small kitty.
    
    She is coming every day for eats,love and water.Since this
    neighborhood has a lot of older people and people moving out
    maybe she just us lost someone. She is very loving-missing her special
    people love.(Quite a few people sold their homes lately and
    some older people have not been able to return to their homes.)
    I do think she looks at me as ok for food but I want my person.
    
    So -PLEASE
