1303.0. "Strange Kittie?" by ATEAM::DOIRON () Tue Apr 26 1988 18:09

    This probably will sound very strange, but I was just wondering
    if I just have a weird cat or is this normal?

    My Sheena has many toys and she does this with all of them. She'll
    be tossing it around then she'll sit on it? Then all of a sudden
    as if it bit her in the butt, she'll turn around look at it with
    a shocked look on her face and then she starts all over.

    Hows that for weird!!??

1303.1Well, Aja is weird...JAWS::COTEIs the last peeping frog embarrassed?Tue Apr 26 1988 18:174
    Weird, but not unique... Aja dominates her dustballs with a
    tuckus-hold too....

 MOzie and Abbey Hallucinate, oh so it seems, either one can be sitting
    about as peacful as acn be and all of a sudden they will leap
    up and jump around attacking nothing on the rug. The twirl
    around, hop around, Mozie once did a tumblesault diving after
    nothing.....

           Hi Corine!

1303.3Tuckus-hold (I love it!)ATEAM::DOIRONTue Apr 26 1988 19:1811
    RE: .1 Tuckus-hold! thats great! Now I have a name for it!
             giggle giggle!!

    RE: .2 Hi Fran! Ya Sheena does that too! Once she was wriggling
             around and flip flopping! I thought she was having some
             kind of fit! Until I looked closer and found she had gotten
             into my husbands fishing line! (which I know is very bad
             and immediately took it away from her and put the rest
             out of her reach!) But she looked soooo funny!

    Oh, thanks for a good laugh on an otherwise boaring day!! It BIT
    HER ON THE BUM!!! How CUTE!! ( although I'm SURE she would be
    embarrassed if she knew we were talking about her like this).

Nah, it was just that her tail had a death grip on her butt....and it
tickled.

[re: death grip - read "CALVIN AND HOBBES"]

Re: 5 I love reading the daily comic is there a book out?

         (It looks more like a goose than a death grip!)

1303.7Those poor little tails!SWAT::COCHRANEBeen there,done that,what's next?Wed Apr 27 1988 15:077
    RE: 5 "Death Grip" is a classic. It's on our refridgerator.

    RE: 6 There are two books out. The first one is "Calvin and Hobbes"
           (I think). The second I know is "Something Under the Bed
           is Drooling." They make hilarious reading.

1303.8Becky's version of the game...TOMLIN::ROMBERGKathy Romberg DTN 276-8189Thu Apr 28 1988 15:369
	 Sometimes, when Becky is playing with her foam balls, she
     plants her hind foot squarely on it, sits there looking a little
     annoyed for a few seconds, and then starts stamping that foot ithat
     is holding the ball down. Then she proceeds to attack the thing
     Again.

	 The look on her face is sort of a "what the heck is this thing
     growing under my foot for???" type of look.
