She was born on march 18th and she is a real beauty. Her mother, Nubian Sweet Cinnamon Toast, "championed" in her very first show. Her father, Zingaro, is a Master Grand Champion. He was judged Best Abysinnian (CFF) for the year 1986 and also 5th best cat for that year. She has very good color and body type as well as good ear set and eye shape. Her disposition is much like her mothers. Though today she is a romping kitten, I can see her mother's ladylike air peeking thru. She should show very well. I do not feel, however, that the only reason to own a show quality cat is to show her. I well know the warm feeling of having your very own little "object d' art" snuggled up in your lap. For that reason there are two possible prices for the kitten: one price for the kitten with papers, and a lower price for the kitten without papers. Another option would be to buy the kitten now without papers and buy the papers later if you decide that you want to show her. I can be reached at DTN# 223-3812 or (617)481-1283 in the evening. Marion PS - The story of her birthing can be found in note 501.7 of this notes file.

The kitten has been sold, and will probably be found in the future at your local cat show. Her new owner is Meg Lambert (yes, of east coast Abyssinian fame!) and her show name will probably be "Nubian Zigmailian". The sale (such a _deal_!!!) included a breeding with her newest rising star "Alien". He should be studing by next spring. So for now the "KITTENS FOR SALE" sign is off the front door. I'll be sure to put it where I can find it, though, as I'll be needing it this time next year. Thanks to all who replied. Marion |
