453.0. "Abandoned Cat Needs Home" by SQM::MURPHY (Is it Friday yet?) Wed Jan 21 1987 17:56

    Abandoned cat needs home

A young (about 1 yr. rough guess), Morris-type, orange striped,
male (unneutered) short-haired cat was abandoned in Derry,NH. He's
got an excellent disposition and very friendly. He's very tolerant
with, presently, a young puppy. He's never once struck out or tried
to bite the pup even though it plays very rough with him. He gets
along with other cats and does not look for trouble. He's a people
    cat.

He was taken in by a friend two snowstorms ago who lives in Auburn,NH.
She already has her hands full with 3 kids, 3 cats, 1 pup and horses
to take care of. She'd love to keep this cat but just can't and
wants to find a good home for him because he does have a super
    disposition.

Because he was abandoned, there's no way of telling if he's up-to-date
on his shots or not so whoever adopts him should have this done
for his protection and also neuter him. He seems the type that
will adjust very well to either indoors or out. He's going to be
a good sized cat when full grown. He has big, soft yellow eyes
that seem to be pleading for love.

If you can give him a loving home, please send me mail on SQM::MURPHY
and I'll give you the phone # to call or we could make arrangements
(if Auburn, NH is out of the way) to meet in Nashua if more convenient.
