There is a spayed Russian Blue (maybe 4 years old???) who is for sale
at a *very* reasonable price ($100). The cat has just granded in
CFF. I have heard from several people who are looking for or thinking
about getting a Russian Blue, so I am posting this note in case any of
you do not want a kitten or a cat that could be breed.
The current owner would like the new owner(s) to continue to show the
cat. I think the cat is better CFF material than CFA (from what little
I have figured out thus far about the differences). As far as I know,
the only reason the cat is for sale is that the owner has switched to
breeding Chartreux, and this is her last remaining Russian Blue.
(For those of you wanting a kitten or a cat that could be bred, I expect
to have two litters of Russian Blues sometime later this year, with
the planned father being best Russian Blue in the country about 4 years
ago, and noted for his very silvery color. I will need HELP not keeping
all the kittens -- I've NEVER had give away or sell a warm fuzzy before,
and I don't really have room (yet) to become a true Cat_Lady!)

Having just done the Boston cat show at the Copley, I too am
interested in the Russian Blue. But my/our interests are purely
for a pet; we have one (Std American Housecat) and have decided
she needs a partner-in-crime.
So, I too am interested in the info requests of reply # 1.
