The new 2.33 ADK has some added support for threads in the tools. This
support requires the use of the library librt. If librt is not installed on
your system, the verification test will fail.
If you are using 4.0 or 4.0A, librt is installed via the OSFRTDEV4xx subset.
On 4.0B, PTmin, and Steel, librt.a is installed via the OSFLIBA4xx subset,
and librt.so via the OSFBASE4xx subset.
