i bought a few back a few months ago. sorry, but i'm keeping them.
i've seen some at gun shows, usually price gouging sellers have jacked
up the price to around $40/mag. and they weren't beretta mags either.

Actually, almost all murders with or without guns are boinking-related.

It's the truth. Even though an increasing percentage are drug and gang
related, "crimes of passion" account for almost all murders. They're not
usually very interesting, unless they're committed by O.J. Simpson types.

| Even if it's true that almost all murders are crimes of passion,
that doesn't mean they're crimes of sexual passion.
It seems to me that a lot of murders happen in the course of other
crimes, or are random killings.
|
140.41 | | COVERT::COVERT | John R. Covert | Wed Dec 07 1994 13:41 | 13 |
| There certainly are quite a few murders that happen in the commission of
other crimes.
But those numbers are quite small compared to the number of murders
because someone won't boink any more, or because someone is boinking
someone that someone else thinks they shouldn't be boinking, or because
someone thinks that someone is boinking someone that someone else thinks
they shouldn't be boinking, etc.
When I lived in Atlanta in the late sixties and early seventies, it was
the murder capital of America. 98% of the murders were domestic squabbles.

Some having to do with financial issues, some having to do with drugs or
alcohol, some having to do with a lot of other things, but hardly all (or

Look, I don't know what your problem is, but you are interpreting
this all wrong. I already explained what I thought the distinction
could be. I was thinking about "boinkable" as meaning "able to
be boinked", i.e., "available". The most "boinkworthy" person to
me might not be available. So there was nothing rude at all
about what I was thinking. You are waaay off base.

Hmmm, it appears that bb is the one who got this thread started on
a "loose" tangent. Some nerve. However, I think that "boinked" is
a better word for loose than "boinkable" is.
"Boinkable" connotes a higher-than-average number of orifices or
something like that.

Just to reinforce the distinction:
Most Boinkable: the best of those available for boinking
Most Boinkworthy: the most desirable co-boinker, availability issues
aside
of course, we have some other categories that might be interesting:

Most Boinkneedy: the one most in need of a good boinking

| Did I mention I was sorry, Diane? I am, you know.
I'm sorry, just catching up and all, but an apology that has the words,
"If I" in it is no apology. An apology has to be meant, and if you don't really
believe the person really meant what they were saying, then you did not
apologize. (imnsho)

| Looked in this morning and realized that in responding about the models
in MB celebrity, I inadvertantly wound up in this string.
BTW women who starve themselves to amennoreah are in far worse physical
danger than those with a few extra pounds of flesh. Osteo,
electrolytic imbalances, esophagial eruptions, and other problems are
rife with eating disordered models.
I also do wonder about men who like women starved to the point of
looking prepubescent.

| Research shows that animals on diets that are nutritionally complete
but severely calorie restricted live a lot longer than animals on
regular diets. I believe experiments have shown lifespans increased by
about a third, consistent among a variety of species of small animals.
Imagine adding twenty or thirty years to the human lifespan!
Extension of the results to humans is difficult due to human longevity
and the problem of keeping humans on a calorie restricted diet for long
periods of time, but early results on other primates show marked health
improvements.

I saw a show (TLC? Discovery Channel?) about 6mos back, where
a doctor/researcher was practicing this regimen. He ate only
every other day, and ran several miles a day. He was 70ish, and
appeared very healthy and muscular, and rather thin.
For an extra 30 years? I'd do it, if only I didn't enjoy eating
and drinking so darned much.

Being corpulent to the point of sphericity has some advantages. First,
