    well me and the little woman are thinking about going an visiting a
    reputable one to get a rub down. anyone got experiences. i only
    remember them from my days in the beloved united states navy. we won't
    be going to one of those types.

I used to go with a masseuse but she rubbed me the wrong way.

    	Don't go to one.  Have them come to you.  Getting a full massage
    	is one of the more relaxing things in life.  To have to then
    	get dressed back up, walk to your car, and drive home will only
    	spoil (or at least unnecessarily truncate) the effect.
    
    	Get a mobile massage therapist.  (S)He'll set up a table right
    	in your bedroom, and when you're done you can just roll into
    	your bed and wallow in your massaged stupor for a much longer
    	time.
    
    	Some therapist is advertising gift certificates at our local YMCA 
    	for 4 one-hour sessions for $100.

    Been there, done that.  Don't recommend it.

    Especially when wearing a mortar and pestle.

    Yes, as was stated earlier; IT IS GREAT!!
    
    To have a complete body massage, only leaves one going back and
    getting another and another and another....It is one of the most
    relaxing things one can give oneself, or the best present one
    can give another.
    
    The local YMCA ( Colo. Sprgs ) has a special 4 sessions for 
    $100.00.
    
    If you have never had a message, I suggest you try one.  It is
    something you will not regret!

    toes...

    Call the physical therapy department and see if they have anybody
    they'll refer you to.

    I had one the other day,and was confused when the young lady said
    that a hand job would be an extra 5 pounds.

    actually, that's a pretty decent piece of advice chels. thanks.

    As a general rule, the use of an ultraviolet lamp during the massage
    will obviate the pallor of which you speak.

	Their called Massage Therapist these days - unless of course
	you going to "that kind" of place.

	I go weekly when I can, at the outside every other week -
	it's wonderful....for me, it's a wonderful way to start
	the weekend - and after a week of this place it's a great
	way to leave it all behind.

	Hint:   the best is to get into a cider vinegar bath
		later the same night -

    Used to be quite a few on Hay St. in Fayetteville, NC, home of Fort
    Bragg. Always thought they were poorly located as the opposite side of
    the street was nothing but topless bars, x-rated video places and
    hookers up and down the sidewalk. Can't imagine anyone opening such a
    respectable business in that neighborhood. But, apparently a lot of the
    young GI's loved to get a massage after a long week. One of my
    bar-hopping buddies used to visit after a few topless bars and a few
    beers and always found it to be a very relaxing experience. At that
    time he was paying $25 for a quick rubdown. What a fool to waste his
    money on a backrub like that!

    As a matter of interest (mine) can i have your thoughts on this
    argument: massage parlours, whilst being able to offend quite a lot of
    "normal" people, do a valuable social job by finding a sexual outlet
    for those who would otherwise perhaps find a less acceptable way of 
    expressing themselves.??
    Could this be conceived as an acceptable argument?

    Are there any massage parlors in the Littleton area?  I could
    use one right now.  After a morning of loading new boot block,
