Dangerous Toys are not from Europe, they are US born. I have their
first album and as soon as I get it back from Tony (hint, hint)
I'll start up a topic on them.

They sound alot like Guns and Roses/Faster Pussycat and Poison,
although the songs on the album don't all sound the same - they
keep changing the beat. It's as if they haven't made up their
minds as to what sound they are looking for and have tried a bit
of everything. Best songs have to be Teas'n n' Pleas'n and Take
me Drunk. I'm not too sure whether or not I like 'em yet - there's
too much variety in the album.

RE: .654 Dangerous Toys.

Alan....I saw them when they opened up for Accept here in the Springs. They
were pretty cool.....really hard. They had some great songs...and they
did some covers.

Look for them to have something else out soon. I believe they are from
europe somewhere...

Shows you want I know....I was too busy talking to Accept....anyay....Teasin' n
' Pleasin' is a great song......I liked them because they *DID* have a lot of
variety in their music! Goes to show not everyone is looking for the same
thing!

Who sings the song that has the line "Nice girl but a bad girl's better" in it?

Sorry to be a d*ck or anything, but I have to say this.

This band is the most devoid of talent or anything good out of every
other bad metal band on the charts today. The songs are bad, they
sound bad, and that's it. If they steal anything else from any other
bands, they actually would be a cover band.

I hate them even worse than White Lion, who just destroyed Radar Love.

Sorry to butt in, but I had to.

For a live band opening for someone else, they were good. I've never heard
their CD, but I sure didn't walk out on them.....

I'd wager to say, they're another Warrant....lots of hype, but not a lot
of juice.

                FWIW (if anything) ...

I hate all these new bands: Poison, Faster
Pussycat, Warrent, G&R, LA Guns, Tora Tora, etc,
but ... I actually LIKE Teasin' Pleasin'. I
haven't heard anything else by them, but that
                song is real catchy.

Teasin' n' Pleasin' is the only song like that on the album....it's
good, but the rest of the album is <insert anglo-saxon word that
means the same as copulation-ed>. Your money would be more wisely
spent on another McDonalds Happy Meal!!!!!! (At least you get a

I sympathize with your dislike for this slew of sound-alike
    bands....
    however...
I LIKE the singles that each of these bands has put out, I think
they're talented bands, but the just sound/look alike... but I like
    those tunes...

What I WOULD buy (cuz I won't buy their albums individually) would
be a compilation LP of one song (the best) from each band on one
    album.
    That would be cool.

I saw this band recently on Headbangers Ball, they stink. Their lead
singer is so lacking in talent that he is actually a large talent
Blackhole. At any moment his lack of talent will suck the entire band
into Talent void, where they belong.

    Oh my god.

I don't beleive the song I heard from these dorks on the radio last
night. First, I want to apologize to everyone who likes White Lion,
because I had no idea what pathetic was until I heard DTs new "song".

In fact, I'm going to buy the White Lion album because in comparison to
the DT song, White Lion is like Mozart.

How does it go? I was scared, and I wish you there, but I think that I
like being scared. Is that right? Am I close? I have never in my
life been so insulted as to having that s**t on the radio!

I hope they aren't frisking at the Cult show, because I might shoot
them if I had the chance. How can they even tour with the Cult? I
think I'll shoot the Cult for touring with such losers.

I'm so upset. They're so bad. How can you like this band?

Kim P- you said these guys were good in concert. I don't believe you.
I can't possibly even think for a second that these guys can even play,
    let alone well.

    I'll stop flaming now.

Second, How can you compare the Little Whiners to DT?? You don't

opinion but, I've seen these guys three times in the past two months.

Have you ever even seen the Cult live? Probably not, but I have twice
and as much as I love their albums they were LAME live.

Actually, Kim, as my favorite band, I've seen the Cult six times. The
worst they ever were was at Manchester, NH this summer. I don't know
    where you saw them.

Sorry about the last name thing, I thought Pertag was your last...

I don't see how you can call White Lion little whiners next to a group
of jokers who could whine the pants off a 4 year old girl!!

Dangerous Toys are the worst excuse for a heavy metal band we've seen
in a long time. Call me arrogant if you will, and in fact I'll call
myself arrogant. From my castle I see two bands. One who is good, and
who is headlining. I also see another band who will be lucky to get a
headlining gig in a pay-to-play club in L.A.

NOT. Anyway, no big deal all you have to do is go to the show a little
late and you can conserve a lot of steam!!

"Worst excuse for a heavy metal band" - Do you always get this riled
up? I think you should of thought before you wrote. What baffles me
is that you really believe this. Even if you don't like these guys,
that's pretty strong!!! You honestly can't think of any worst band?? (
