The HEADSTONES are a recent band that play good rock'in
music, like "WHEN SOMETHING STANDS FOR NOTHING""THREE ANGELS"
"CEMETARY" "IT'S ALL OVER" and they do a cover tune that the
Travelling Willbury's did called "TWEETER AND THE MONKEY MAN"
The band members are Hugh Dillon - vocals, harp Trent Carr-guitar,
    vocals Mark Gibson-drums Tim White-bass,vocals.
These songs I have listed are on the PICTURE OF HEALTH c.d.
I think they are great, and probably millions of others.

Keep your ears open for them jen.

I've been hearing them alot on 106.9 the BEAR.
I would say that this is the best station for
    the area I listen to.

1048.10GREAT GREAT SHOW...KDCA01::CDCUP_TORRENFri Aug 04 1995 16:418

A little late, but I saw these guys, last week at Barrymore's,
and they kicked some serious ass. Their new CD is great too, has
anyone below the belt (you Americans) seen or heard of these guys?
They are a great Canadian Hard Rock band...And you can't say that
    very often about Canadian Bands.

    Our Lady Peace
    Wild T and the Spirit
    David Gogo
    The Hip
    Tea Party
and many more ( the Neil Young tribute cd comes to mind....)

And who's that one-hit wonder band from the 70's/80's? I think
they were called Rush or something like that.

    Merry Christmas!!!!!

Went to see these guys last Friday night in a little town near here.
They were just awesome!! They played in front of about 300 - 400
children...I mean people. (I hate 'all ages' shows!!) Anywho...the boys
came on stage and before they got a note out, the mosh pit opened up
and I got swallowed!!! I fought valently to remain inside!!
But alas, after about and hour and a half I managed to escape with only
sore ribs, a sprained knee, two kicks in the head and an elbow to the
    kidneys.

They are playing again at Barrymore's on Sat.the 30th. I'm gonna check
them out and this time I'll see what the band looks like... ;^)

No disrespect Davey Boy Floyd, but that must have been a big pit if you
got swallowed up in it. Either that or the "kids" were really tough!
