846.1I like it - I'm not gonna crackADROID::fosterFantastically OriginalWed May 27 1992 14:039
I've entered our band in it, figured we had no prayer but for $20 bucks maybe
one of the tunes would catch someone's attention on the judging panel. You'll
get a blank 20-minute TDK casette and a lot of Yamaha brochures, along with a
PAA? copywrite form (for your personal use) and a poster of last year's
winners (Greenhouse, I think it was).

Call, you have nothing to loose and will at least get a free tape!

    hears it the better chance we got in the future...its open to all types
    of music with a rock back ground to it....so you will get music like

They must be stepping it up with the closing deadline. The other thing I liked
about this is that they intend to respond to all the contestants.

I doubted it when I first read it, still do, but hope I'm wrong.

	I thought 'HJY (Providence) once had something like this but I'm
	probably thinking (sometimes) of something else.

...but I expect there are a lot of these things going on, just like all the
seminars...

Got a postcard last saturday from S.C. stating they received my tape. They
are also going to notify everyone who did & didn't make it to the semi's. That
part's cool, at least you hear something.
