I saw this arrogant little shit about 3 years ago just after the DLR
concert to promote the Skyscraper album. At first I thought,"who's that
silly little sod",as he was dressed kinda like Steve Vai.It clicked
    later.
This guys' dad was mouthing off about guitar players saying that
Steve Vai was the only tru rock guitarist around and that EVH had
done nothing positive in the last 5 years or so.
His dad has also been interviewed by Kerrap and said that he
attributed his sons talent to the fact that on the way back home from
hospital after being born, the young McRocklin was exposed to some Randy
Rhodes from an early Ozzy album.
The kid does have a talent but his old man is a dick.

The name of this new band is "Bad 4 Good".
I guess Steve Vai wrote most of the music and produced it. The new
single for the album called "Refugee" is called "Nineteen" a cover of
an un-released Thin Lizzy song. It'll be three years until the oldest
member of this band is that age.

I went through this album last night, and the band overall is
pretty good ... very good if you take their ages into consider-
ation. Good solid drumming, OK vocals [although they are a
    	little "juvenile" sounding].

Thomas WAILS. You can definitely hear the Steve Vai influence
in his playing, with some of the fills and "acrobatics" during
the solos. Some great fretwork on the instrumental "You're
    	Making Me Nervous".

If he keeps it up, he'll be a major threat to today's fret-
    	burners.

And BTW, the liner notes say that Thomas played every guitar note
on the album, apparently to show that Steve Vai didn't play at
    	all.

Steve did some of the songwriting, and produced [etc.] the album,
    	but didn't play on it.
