Conference napalm::heavy_metal

    I got the new album called "Coma of souls". It's high energy and very
    technical thrash and it is very well produced. It starts and continues
    brutally until the end. The only problem is that the singer/guitarist
    has a thrash-only voice quite limited in range (but he keeps within his
    range). Neverless the album is well recommended to thrash fans.

    "Coma of souls" remains very fine also when listened at low volume and
    this is a very good point. It is also one of the best releases of 1990.

    Mille,the singer,was on HBB this week for a short while.
    They showed the vidio of PEOPLE OF THE LIE,which rolled me off my
    couch.I was grabin for a beer,but the tune got me motavated to move.:-)

    And that they were touring with a New York band(Can't remember who.)
    and another German band.It could be Testament-But I'm not sure if they
    are the band,or if they are even German.

    O.k-after listenin I now know that Testament is from San Fran.
    But I still think that they are tourin with Kreator in the U.S.A.

    Kreator are German. They used to be called Tormentor. (Eeeeh,that`s 
    going back a while). Haven`t they split up now,though?

Kreator released in 1990 "Coma of souls" which is their best album to date.
It's very thrashy and heavy. A fine album if you like the genre. Powerful but
clear sound. For me the two very best of the heavier albums of 1990 were 
Slayer's "Seasons in the abyss" and Forbidden's "Twisted into form".
I listened also a previous Kreator album but it was not as good as their last.

    	I saw a video for one of their songs over the w'end, and they
    	were, in a nutshell, horrible.  We're talking "marble-induced

    very true, but we (as noters) expect you (as co-Mod) to uphold and
    abide by your very own rules so that we may learn from our mistakes and
    not be corrupted, or badly influenced by the likes of yours. ~8)

    Really, as Pril stated in -1...if a Mod can't live by his/her own
    rules, then they shouldn't be a mod, period!

    Kreator are better on CD than on MTV because they take care of their
    recording so you can hear more details than on TV. I agree they should
    find a real singer (why not ex-Annihilator's Randy Rampage for
    example). But for the rest they are a good thrash-only band and quite
    technical. It's not my favourite but I listen "Coma of souls" from time
    to time and I like it.
