I was looking through old records and found "Vices" by Kick
Axe ... anyone ever hear these guys?
They're not incredible, and as far as I can tell they're
not "pioneers" of a new style of H_M, but they're pretty
good.
I'll have to give it another listen.

They're ok, but nothing special in my book. I met the guitarist a couple years ago - he was laying lead for Rock and Hyde when they played at the Paradise. Nice guy! alan | |||||

I saw them open up for someone several years ago and they sounded
really bad! I think it was probably the "opening band doesn't get any
good PA stuff" syndrome, but it made an impression. I'd been thinking
about getting their album before that.
If I remember, they played kind of generic hard rock, nothing very
memorable or impressive.
