Yep, those Wild Dogs! Any clue what happened to
them? Reign of Terror came out years ago! I
wasn't aware that Castranova worked with
MacAlpine. I have the album, and never noticed
(for some odd reason. One of the first things I
do when I get anew album is read through the
credits while listening to it). I'll have to go
look for your note on what he's working on now.
The guy is great! I think you are the first
person in here from CA. I always wondered why
there were no CA people in here.

                Cheers, Rob ...

Okay, I looked around and couldn't find another
note where you mentioned what Dean is working on
                now. What's he working on???

I know, huh? I've never even seen anybody else
that's heard the Wild Dogs in the conference. I
was psyched when we had the Rock and Roll ballot
and Wild Dogs got 3 points. I was wondering who
else voted for them. Then I found out all three
points were from me for giving them second place.

THESE GUYS ARE THE NUTZ!! Kind of similar to
Leatherwolf I'd say, except the drummer is a
                psycho!

                - Rob who's jealous cause you went to Hawaii -

(I suppose it's a lot easier if you start from
                California ...)

You can usually find Wild Dogs "Reign of Terror"
in those places that carry "odd" music. I've
even seen it at Strawberries and Tape World
before, though. Great tape! Grab it if you find
                it.

Wild Dogs seem to be very underrated if I take in consideration "Reign
Of Terror" which is a very good metal album. I don't know other LPs
from them but ROT is essential heavy metal. Can we have a discography ?
    Do they still exist ?

	No, Sorin,

Wild Dogs no longer exist. They broke up about 3 years ago.
Since then, Deen (the drummer) has been playing with Tony
	McAlpine and currently Bad English.

They actually had three albums out:

	Wild Dogs
	Man's Best Friend
	Reign of Terror

Personally I liked Man's Best Friend. More polished then
Wild Dogs and Less "mixed" then Reign of Terror.

The latest word from Deen is that Bad English will be opening
	for Whitesnake this summer.

526.8It's sadKETJE::VLASIUFri Mar 16 1990 06:146
Thank you Lisa for the information.
It's really sad that such a good band is gone. In their music there was
the same wildness as in the original Accept which, sadly, has also
disapeared. In any case I'll look for their other CDs.
