| I'm guessing that it's a solid body "SG" type. It might also be helpfur
to know what the pickups look like. Back in th elate '60's, they made
guitars with pickups that had non-adjustable magnet poles that were
right flush with the surface of the surrounding plastic. Later on they
developed a line of guitars led by the Hagstrom "Swede" which was, I
think, a Les Paul copy, but it may have been a semi hollow. The serial
number may or may not relate to anything chronological, assumong you
can even find someone who can cross reference it.
>I want to tax it, and maybe let it restored, iof its worth it.
..... You're going to "tax" it ?????
While you're at it, check to see if your modem is working ok ;-)

| It's indeed a solid body, the pickups look like this:
+------------------+
| . .. . . .. . |
| o .o. o. o o .o |
|. .. . . .. .. |
+------------------+
they're metal, with tiny holes in it.
With "tax" I mean that I'd like to know if it's worth to fix the guitar
(the pickups are a bit resty, and it has some scratches)
If the guitar is worth nothing, I'm not planning to spend money on it,
although the guitar sounds good.
