2295.0. "Advanced finger-picking instructor?" by KOALA::RYAN (8, 8, I forget what 8 was for) Wed Aug 14 1991 15:20

	After concentrating on bass for a while, I'm now back to
	guitar playing (acoustic, because that's all I own). I
	took finger-picking lessons a while back and can still
	play adequately, but my technique could use brushing up.
	I'd also like help in learning how to arrange stuff for
	finger-picking that wasn't written that way (our band,
	if we ever find a drummer/percussionist, will be doing
	acoustic versions of "alternative rock" tunes).

	So, I'd like recommendations for any good finger-picking
	instructors for an "advanced student" in the Nashua-Fitchburg
	area. It should be someone who is primarily a finger-picker
	(as opposed to a rock musician who does some finger-picking) -
	I learned my lesson when I took bass lessons from a guy who
	was primarily a guitar player.

	Mike
