1406.0. "Tabulature Books." by SCENIC::BYRNE (Forget the manuals, Print it!) Mon Jul 31 1989 15:57

Would anybody know some good places to get Tabulature books
for acoustic guitar pieces? Either actual stores or addresses
for catalogs. I'd love to get tabulature pieces for people
like Neil Young, Crosby Stills and Nash, Simon and Garfunkel,
Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here etc, etc.

As far as stores, anywhere in the New England Area.

The best place that I've seen for sheet music, all kinds, is in
Harvard Square. The name escapes me right now but the store is
located between the Hong Kong Restaurant/Bar and the
Au Bon Pon (sp?) pastry restaurant. The place has a huge selection
of music for all instruments and styles.

1406.2Request for TablatureRIGEL4::JBONNOTue Aug 01 1989 15:5210

I guess this would be the best place to put a request for tablature
books. I have been looking for the tab to Operation:Mindcrime by
Queensryche. I have looked up, down, left, right, north, south,
east, west. NO LUCK. I have been to record stores that won't even
order it for me. I would appreciate any information if any of you
have seen it or know where I can get it.

    Thanks

        jab,

I don't know if this place can help you or even very much about
them but it may be worth a call to them. It's from an ad in Guitar
FTPM and they list Metallica, G'nR, Aerosmith, Tesla, etc.

I happen to be somewhat of an avid fan of Queensryche, and also
play guitar... So you can bet that I have been looking for *any*
books on the boys from Seattle... No luck here either... But if I
ever come across any I'll keep you in mind... So far, the closest
I've come across is the transcription to "Queen of the Ryche" and
"Eyes of a Stranger" in Guitar FTPM... I would appreciate it alot
if you'd keep me in mind if/when you come across some books on
Q-Ryche cause Colorado Springs is really not a very good place to
    find rare books...

Does anybody have a reference number, author or publisher for the
Complete Beatles Scores (about $60)? Note that this is *NOT* the
same as the Complete Beatles which is more of a songbook.
