| Much later on and I have the machine running.
It *is* possible to run with only the 1740A but it's messy.
Take the C drive out of the Jenson and connect it to an Intel Box.
Format it with 16 bit FAT file system
Copy the ECU floppy to the top level directory of the disk.
Disconnect from the Intel box and reconnect to the Jenson.
Boot and RUNECU this will fail but should take you to the WINNT config
prompt. do RUN PROGRAM and type in CF.EXE the system will then search
the disk and find the ECU, then configure the system as prompted but
LEAVE THE FLOPPY enabled as the system will die on boot if it thinks it
has no floppy drive.
Once you've done this installing NT is a breeze.
