| I tried it.
You get mixed results, the automatic coloring option is nice.
It did an alright job with the original colors being translated
onto the faces.
However this shareware version has a size limitation on the brush.
On the larger objects, it wouldn't work at all, and on some
slightly smaller objects it would clip the brush.
If you register the product (I forget what he was asking). You'll
get a version that doesn't have a size restriction.
Depending on how complicated the brush is, it'll still require
touchups.
But I'm sure it'll be a time saver.
Sorry I can't remember what the size restricion is.

| I've run into problems using BRUSH_4D, I have done HAM & HalfBright
brushes using Deluxe Photolab's PAINT to cut them. The brush size that
I use is 78 x 48.
The program states that the maximum size is 190 x 190... so even
if I use transparency, optimation in x & y it yells that the output
exceeds the number of 1000 faces.... The docs states that the brush
should be 190 square pixels... and also states that the maximum face
number could be as high as 1900.... Which is right???
Assuming that the max face amount is 1000 and 1 pixel is 1 face,
then you could have only 31 x 31 pixel brush when using HAM(every pixel
different color)....Correct me if I'm wrong....
So if someone could tell what is the maximum brush size, it would help
me a lot and save lots of time too.

Kari
