3878.0. "Looking for LA50 driver copy!" by WEDOIT::DAUB () Tue Jun 26 1990 20:22

    Is anyone out there in the greater Maynard area willing to help
    a needy AMIGA user get a copy of a good (hopefully graphics)
    LA50 printer driver on a 3.5" disk. I finally found a printer
    to sign out for use on my 500 but I don't have a modem yet and
    even if I did I don't have Kermit or any of the other stuff yet
    either.

    Right now I just want to get the printer working and get a chance
    to use the software that I've already spent all my extra $$ on.
    I will supply the disk and the postage if someone out there
    will supply the driver and the time to make a copy.

    Thanks

    Dave

    Dave,

    Talk a walk down to core "C" at poles E4/E5-F4/F5 and look for the
    messiest area you can find with an A1000 sitting in it, and your wish
    will be granted. I think I've still got one or more flavors of LA50
    drivers around (or we can pull one off the net), but I believe I used
    the MYLA50 driver with an LA100 with good success.
