I've tried sideways printing with SuperPlan. It worked OK. I'd like
more control over print density, but such is life.
Go to /OC (output configure). Since SuperPlan doesn't read your
system preferences, make sure the printer here matches the one you're
using. When you change from portrait to landscape mode, a bunch of the
options will disappear (they're no longer applicable).
Then try to print. It appears that SuperPlan sends output directly to
PAR: rather than going through the regular printer driver. That's why
there's so much device-specific stuff in the configuration.
