| Try GIF, the Grapic Interchange Format by CompuServe.
It will convert serveral formats into GIF and back. It should be
on a Fish disk, but I don't have my catalog file online...
On the commercial side, there's DPaint for MS-DOS and a very
nice converter program called "Hijack".
Hope that helps,

Haven't tried it, but ran across PCVIEW on FF164. It sounds like it might
help in the Amiga --> IBM direction. See excerpt from read-me file below.
I found it at;
TAPE::USER1:[AMIGA.FISH.FF164] PCVIEW.ZOO
Jerry
" PC-View provides the PC community with the oppurtunity to display
IFF pictures to the best of EGA's ability. Use PC-View to display Amiga
pics, IBM-PC Deluxe Paint Pics, Apple II-GS Deluxe Paint Pics, and any
others that adhere to the IFF standard. PC-View tries to be intelligent
about how it displays things, so don't assume that your graphic hardware
can't possibly display those 1Kx1Kx8 Sun Workstation dumps. (!) It will
do the best it can. Needless to say, VGA is much less challenging. ..."
