Don't know the status of WARP, but the following messages are returned

| ARC started out in the MS-DOS world, and ZOO in the UNIX world.
MS-DOS sources and executables are in
CSCMAS::SYS$MSDOS:[ARC-LBR] and
CSCMAS::SYS$MSDOS:[ZOO]
respectively. UNIX versions are in
CSCMAS::SYS$UNIX:[ARC-PROGS]
in TAR format. There are also VMS versions floating around in source
somewhere. The IBMPC notesfile is full of warnings that the
proprietors of CSCMAS:: want you to copy these files only outside
Massachusetts business hours.
As far as I know, WARP is peculiar to the Amiga and its authors
have never released source code. If you are running a UNIX variant,
you might also want to look at standard utilities like 'compress.'
