| The object of Double Dragon is to gang fight your way 5 missions
to rescue your girlfriend. The game is 95% like the arcade. You
fight the bad guys by punching,kicking,head butts, etc.. You will
also find weapons like bats,whips and boulders. My favorite thing
about the game is that you can play 2 players at the same time and
beat up the enemies together or you can beat up each other.

2319.5 | How are actions implemented? | CADSYS::MURATORI | Rich Muratori, SEG/CAD, HLO2 | Mon Mar 06 1989 16:54 | 8 |
| My son loves this game in the arcades but is hesistant to buy it for the
Amiga without knowing how they implemented all the kicks, punches, etc.
On the arcade game, there are (I think) 3 buttons used for the various
actions besides movement, which is done via the joystick. How did they map
the 3 buttons to one?
Thanks,
Rich

| Staying still and pressing the button would punch. Moving left
or right and pressing the button kicks. Moving up and pressing
the button jumps.It is possible to do all the moves in the arcade.
