1714.0. "OOPC.H - Anyone have it?" by MEIS::ZIMMERMAN (Walt sent me) Thu Sep 22 1988 19:49

Somewhere in a previous note that I can't locate someone mentioned
the article in the August 88 BYTE that explains how you can do object
orientated programming in conventional C. The article contains some
sample code but none of the .H files - you have to get those from BIX
or send away for a disk. Has anyone done that? If not, I'll send
for the disk and upload it.

The code is probably on the BYTEnet BBS in Lexington MA - phone number
on any Byte table of contents page. Uploads tend to be either ARC
files or text files with the programs strung together. In the latter
case, use a text editor to unpack.

The note in question is 1445.7. I don't have the necessary
code, but would like it also. If anyone does get a hold of it,
please let us know. A *full* example would be much better than
just what was included in the magazine.

I copied the files from BYTEnet - thanks for the suggestion, Wes.

They're in WAYWRD::USER1$:[ZIMMERMAN.PUBLIC]OOPC.ARC. There are two
    files:

LINOWES.LST contains the code that appeared in the article.
COMBINED.C is a concatenation of the files referred to in
		the article.
