    I'm getting a bizzarre result when I create an Intuition screen.
    
    The screen has a CUSTOM_BITMAP, allocated with AllocRaster.  The
    title bar of the screen looks like it wrapped around twice!  The 
    title appears twice and there are two sets of depth arangement
    gadgets. 
    
    Has anyone seen this before??
