My wife and I run M.Y.O.B for our preschool (with payroll) and I also
help out some friends of ours that also use it for their Burger King.
M.Y.O.B. is awesome and their support is even more so.  We've had several
instances where we (or our friends) have said, "wouldn't it be nice it it did
.........".  We've then written them with the suggestions and then the next
version shows up with it.  One example is where I wrote a detailed explanation
of how it should do vacation accrual (no other package does).  A while later
a new version (they release one per year) comes out with my suggestions almost
exactly implemented with some extras that we hadn't thought of!  When 
we've needed help (not much) they've been VERY responsive.

Great package that handles things well.  I know it does invoices, we just 
don't use that feature.  It looks very easy to use though and all the
reports (which there are many) are all customizable.

Re: .36 - from what I can tell from Web pointers and AltaVista,
I believe OneWrite has become Peachtree Accounting.

Re: .37 - yes, QuickBooks will do invoices.  Following your
suggestion, I visited their web site.  They have recently released
version 5.0, but not for Macs.  They state that the Mac market is
just too small for them to service (less than 5% of their customer
base), so they won't provide an upgrade path.  For details, see

What's great is that they let you download a complete version of the
software package that is crippled in only one way: allowing only 25
saves.  I'm going to try this to see how it goes.

Glad to hear that they have given you so much positive support.  I'm
certainly leaning their way.
