1377.0. "Trying to exit from standalone CTRL-P doesn't work" by CHOWDA::GLICKMAN (writing from Newport,RI) Sun Sep 08 1996 12:35

Hi,

	I keep on plugging with PCM 1.6 ECO2. Today we took down the cluster to
run standalone. I was able to boot an 8600 into STB from PCM CONNECT. Now when
I try to do a CTRL-P to get out it doesn't work.

	When I do the CTRL-P I get the Do yo want to transmit a break [Y/N]?
I enter the Y and just get back to the "$" in STB.

	When I do the BREAK key (F5) I don't get an response at all from
the console.

	I check the SYSTEM with the EDIT mode and found that CTRL-P is
there. I tried from both the SYSTEM account and my account and have the
same results.

	Anyone have any idea as to what could be going on?

	Thanks.
