Hi --

The ATM project is using a shared sandbox.  Is there a command to populate
the tree, say the ATM part, with *all* current files?

When I try the mklinks command, the best I get is a copy or softlink
to the *changes* made in the shared sandbox, but I do not get the files
from the real backing tree. As a result, some directories of the ATM
project are completely empty.

What I am sort of looking for is either a way to copy in *all* files
of a project (recursing through shared sandboxes) or ideally make
soft links to *all* files, understanding that the this particular instance
of softlinks is nearly as much a snapshot as a copy. Like, starting
with the rearmost backing tree, softlink all files, going forwards
and replacing softlinks until it comes to the real sandbox.

I undertand that there is the 'bsh' command. But I would also like to
be able to build an emacs tags file of all relevant files as well as pop
in and out of files without having to restart emacs on each file.

Is my explanation clear?
