Hi,

I'm trying to create a new ./xc/lib/Xtst/XRecord.c in
decx11 and I get the following errors:

workon$ bcreate XRecord.c

[ ./xc/lib/Xtst/XRecord.c ]
[ source control information already exists in file:
"./xc/lib/Xtst/XRecord.c,v" ]
workon$ bco XRecord.c

[ ./xc/lib/Xtst/XRecord.c ]
bco: no checkout allowed: ./xc/lib/Xtst/XRecord.c is defunct

How do I fix this?
