Subject: having -ncr conditionalized in kernel builds
Cc: fenster@zk3.dec.com

In the kernel Makefile "-ncr" is hardcoded into LDFLAGS. Is there any chance
of having a macro (NCR comes to mind) so that I can easily control whether or
not -ncr is used ?

	Thanx in advance
