1794.0. "Trouble bsubmitting to amunx" by AOSG::FILTER (Automatic Posting Software - mail to flume::puck) Tue Sep 05 1995 17:46

Subj: Trouble bsubmitting to amunx

I'm having trouble bsubmitting to amunx (a
shared sandbox supp'd from UNX). I'd
appreciate any suggestions...

Workons, bco, bci and builds are fine.

I've already tried resb, odemount -u/odemount of amunx, and
new workon.

(I'm pretty sure this was working after the tools upgrade)
-----------------------------------------------------------

bsubmit -verbose -defect 1 -all -fn Robert_Primak -auto_out

Error: You are trying to submit to project 'amunx'.
Your defect number is incorrect for this project.

Please check your defect number and make sure your
sandbox is backed by the correct project.

Looks like submit defect number checking is turned on now. This means that
your defect number needs to be something as follows:

           amunx-#-username

for example

           amunx-1-primak

If there's no reason for amunx to have defect numbers, the shared sandbox
rc_files can be changed (in shared.sharedsandbox) to say

	replace submit_defect false

This is a sharedsb of ptdx, and so it inherits this setting. Until
recently ptdx didn't have submit_defect set to true (but should have).
