This command was temporarily disabled in the zk3 environment because it needs
the same kind of approval that bsubmit does, in that it'll put files into the
submit tree and it's snapshot without any approval.
Please send mail to the project team and to reng describing the circumstances
and the particulars about the file.

| An icon file needed for CDE was mistakenly defuncted a while back. I
| need to undefunct this file and get it back into the inventory. When I
| try the new 'undefunct' command, I get the following:

| csh> undefunct Dtxterm.l.pm
| For use on 'undefunct' contact odehelp@zk3.dec.com
| csh>
|
| For the record, I'm trying to undefunct the file src/cde1/icons/Dtxterm.l.pm
| in the ptcde backing tree.

| Please let me know how to do this ASAP, I need this before the release
| freezes tomorrow.
