Subj: 	DECode3.0 installation problem

Hi .,

 I upgraded DECode3.0 from 2.1 as described in the handouts. After the upgrade
I am unable  to create sandbox . 

Here is the error message I get while creating a sandbox .

   returned from execlp of: workon.
>  Removing sandbox /usr/users2/vssrao/sandbox/pt_ps.
>> FATAL ERROR in mksb:
   Cannot create set: pt_ps.
