Hi Pete,
The ODE folks cut over to V3, and it looks like this broke the shared sandbox:

cd'ing to sandbox source directory: /x3/sandboxes/newatm/src.

ODE CLIENT ERROR: Failed call to: connect() Connection refused
ODE CLIENT: Check with ode admin, the ode_server daemon could be down.
ODE CLIENT: DECode client will retry
