Subj: found an extra line in ptliteos SNAPSHOT file
In the SNAPSHOT file for ptosliteos, there is an extra line
at the top. Could you become devbld and delete that
empty line out of the SNAPSHOT file?

uptodate is failing because the first line in the SNAPSHOT fileis empty.
uptodate considered this malformed.
