Subj: 	bco yields different file from backing tree

I have been doing a bco and getting a different version of the file than
what is in the backing tree.  Can someone help?

Below is a session and, as you can see, the file sizes are quite different.

Stuart, there was a process problem which caused marking of rcs labels
in backingtrees to fail for a few days around Jan 25.  We had thought
we'd found and fixed all the affected trees, but it turns out that
hw4os.bl1 slipped through the cracks. (I've confirmed it was the only one.)

I've kicked off the process to do this now; if possible, outdate the
work you have and do a fresh checkout (after about 7:30 Thurs evening).

Thanks for catching this; I hope it didn't cause too much harm or confusion.
