    Hi, 
    
    DEC Switzerland has bought the rights for a 4GL-Tool box called Level4.
    Level4 is only based on VAX/Rdb and provide a forms tool for menu
    and forms processing, a object oriented programming language, a report 
    tool and a compiler. To develop applications the tool box is fully 
    integrated with LSE and the debugger.
